Hafiz was admitted to the university to pursue higher education
Those who become professional cricketers do not get much time in their education. A similar incident happened in case of former Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Hafeez. He could not complete his higher education due to the busyness of cricket. Now this former Pakistani all-rounder wants to complete the unfinished work.
Hafeez has recently been admitted to Karachi University. The former cricket star will acquire knowledge on Health Physical Education and Sports Science (HPESS) there. Hafiz will graduate from this program. Of course, this star cricketer can also get many exciting experiences while taking higher education in the university with the youngsters.
Meanwhile, Karachi University authorities are thrilled to have Hafiz. Excited Hafiz himself. In this context, the university said, “Hafiz is excited to get the opportunity to pursue higher education in Karachi University. His dream is to pursue higher education. He has suffered a lot. Hafeez has represented Pakistan for a long time. His cricketing experience will inspire other students.”
Although not yet a graduate, Hafeez is known as ‘Professor’. About this special name of his, Hafeez said, “While playing in a series against England, an agent called me ‘Professor’. Basically, he ‘addressed’ me by this name because of his eagerness to know and learn everything. Later, Ramiz Raja also called me this name in the commentary. Later everyone found out about it.”
It should be noted that Hafeez has played a total of 392 matches for Pakistan in three formats. Where he scored 12780 ran! He also has 21 centuries in international cricket. He has also led Pakistan for several terms. He ended his international career of two decades in 2022. Since then, this former star is very interested in coming to the administrative responsibility of cricket.
