Against their total of 148, the Guyana Amazon Warriors bowling had a mixed performance in defending against Trinbago Knight Riders. Dwaine Pretorius’s spell was economical, as he bowled wicketless, giving away 26 runs in his quota of 4 overs at an economy of 6.50. Moeen Ali bowled wonderfully during his spell of 2 overs, giving away only 5 runs and taking the crucial wicket of Sunil Narine at an economy of 2.50. Shamar Joseph was steady, returning 1 wicket for 27 runs in his 4 overs, while Gudakesh Motie went for 16 runs in his 2 overs wicket-less. Nathan Sowter took two wickets for 37 runs in his 4 overs though expensive with an economy of 9.25. Keemo Paul too had one of the bad days at the office and ended up picking up 1 wicket while conceding 38 runs in 3.2 overs, including four sixes.
