Gujarat Titans take on Lucknow Super Giants at home in the 51st match of the IPL on Sunday (May 7). Batting first in that match, Gujarat Titans set a huge target in the scheduled 20 overs. The following batsmen were unable to contend with the Gujarat bowlers. With the help of one four and two sixes, Ayush Badoni scored 21 runs off only 11 balls, and Deepak Hooda added 11 runs off just 11 balls. Others had no noteworthy runs. In the end, they were unable to continue the match as the scheduled over came to an end.

For Gujarat, Mohit Sharma took four wickets by himself. Each Rashid Khan, Noor Ahmed, and Mohammad Shami claimed one wicket.With this victory, Gujarat now has 16 points after 11 games. The reigning champions kept an eye on the IPL playoffs, so to speak. With 11 points from 11 games, Lucknow Super Giants are third. With 13 points, Chennai Super Kings are in second place.
