Jadeja returning to the field recovering from injury

Ravindra Jadeja suffered a knee injury in September last year. But it is not in the playground. He suffered the injury while working out in the gym during the Asia Cup in the United Arab Emirates. The injury ruled him out of the Asia Cup. Later he had to undergo surgery. Now the good news is known. This star Indian all-rounder is going to return to the field again after a long time.

Since the surgery, Jadeja has been undergoing rehabilitation under the National Cricket Academy (MCA) in Bangalore, India. He has gradually recovered with the help of doctors there. The all-rounder has also started batting and bowling practice since last week. Recently he was declared fully fit by the NCA authorities after the tests.

Soon after being declared fit by the NCA, Jadeja was called up by the Board of Cricket in India (BCCI) selectors. He has been included in the squad for the upcoming Boarder-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. However, he will have to undergo a final fitness test before playing the match. Meanwhile, Jadeja will play in the Ranji Trophy from the 24th to refresh himself before the international matches.

Meanwhile, Jadeja’s return to the team is an absolute relief for the Indian team. Because Rishabh Pant is unable to play due to a car accident. In that case, Jadeja can reduce India’s worries in the middle order with the bat. Besides, a specialist spinner will also be available in place of Ravichandran Ashwin. It is to be noted that this series between India and Australia is going to start from February 9 in Nagpur. The second Test will be held from February 17 to 21, in Delhi. Then the third and fourth Test of the series will start from March 1 and March 9 respectively. Those two matches will be played in Dharamsala and Ahmedabad. After the Test series, Indians will also play a three-match ODI series against Ajid.
