Apart from Smith, Michael Clarke and Ricky Ponting won the award four times.
Usman Khawaja was selected as Australia’s Test Cricketer of the Year (Shane Warne Award) in 2022. Warner won the ODI Player of the Year award. Pace bowling all-rounder Marcus Stoinis has been selected as the T20 Cricketer of the Year. Matt Short is the Player of the Big Bash. In addition, the best player in the domestic league is Michael Neisser and the best young cricketer of the year is Lance Morris.
Beth Mooney won the Women’s Cricketer of the Year 2022 award. She was selected with 129 votes to receive the Belinda Clark Award. Muni received this award for the second time.
