After Tewatia was run out, Rashid sealed the team’s victory with a last-ball four.

Leaving the compatriot Noor Ahmed on a non-strike, Rashid left the field with the win after conceding 4 runs.

Skipper Shubman Gill started Gujarat’s innings very well. This batsman played an innings of 72 runs off 44 balls. His innings had 6 fours and 2 sixes. Sai Sudarshan 35, Matthew Wade 4, Abhinav Manohar 1, and Vijay Shankar added 16 runs. Shah Rukh Khan scored 14 runs off 8 balls. Tewatia scored 22 runs off 11 balls. Rashid made 24 off 11 balls.

For Rajasthan, Kuldeep took 3 wickets. Yuzvendra Chahal 2 and Aves Khan got one wicket.

Before that, Rajasthan scored 196 runs after losing 3 wickets at the end of 20 overs. Riyan Parag got out after scoring 76 runs off 48 balls but skipper Sanju Samson remained unbeaten with an innings of 68 runs off 38 balls. Yaswasi Jaiswal scored 24, Shimron Hetmyer 13 and Jos Buttler scored 8 runs. 

Rashid Khan was the most successful for Gujarat taking 1 wicket for just 18 runs. Mohit Sharma and Umesh Yadav were quite miserable despite picking up one wicket each.
