Sanju Samson and Devdutt Padikkal make an effort to avert this catastrophe. The pair made 43 runs. But Padikkal was out at this point after making 26 runs off 25 balls.

Riyan Parag was likewise stopped after just five runs. Then Samson and Hetmyer knotted the partnership. They made a 59-run partnership. But after making 60 runs off 32 balls with 3 boundaries and 6 sixes, Captain Samson was out.
