Bangladesh and England met in the 1st match of the 3-match ODI series at Mirpur on March 1. In the 1st innings of the match, Bangladesh was bowled out before the end of the scheduled 50 overs with a small pack of runs.

Taijul Islam took three wickets for Bangladesh. Miraz took 2 wickets. Besides, Shakib and Taskin took 1 wicket each.
