Milind Kumar provided stability, remaining unbeaten with 31 off 38 balls to guide the innings safely at the other end. Despite the cheap dismissal of Aaron Jones, Sanjay Krishnamurthi came in and played a decisive cameo, scoring 29 off just 16 balls to finish the job. With five balls remaining, the USA reached 169/4, surpassing the mark and securing an unforgettable victory.

Canada’s bowling attack struggled under pressure. Saad Bin Zafar was the standout performer with 2/20 from four overs, and Kaleem Sana bowled economically and took a wicket, but the rest of the bowlers failed to contain the American batters, conceding too many runs at crucial stages.

A major contributor to the USA’s victory was Monank Patel’s steady play throughout the competition; he finished with 265 runs and led from the front. His calmness and leadership under pressure underlined the growing strength and maturity of the USA cricket setup.
